We have been patiently waiting for our own barn since we started Second Chance. We’ve run SCS out of 2 boarding facilities and always, we’ve longed for a place where we can do things our way and not have to limit ourselves because of the cost of boarding. Back in February, Kim’s family decided they were ready for a new house and had the desire to purchase some land for horse use so SCS and their daughter could get the jump start that we needed. In March, they found a place and were told the offer was accepted! Since then, we have been again patiently waiting for our barn. 
It’s become official, we have expanded our business to include boarding starting June 15, 2014!! Barn tours start on June 1st by appointment only. We are accepting signed boarding contracts and deposits on June 1st. Horses are allowed to move in starting on the 15th. Already we have received a ton of interest with our June 1st tour day almost filled up. Just 1 remaining spot open for the day. Our own horses do not move until the 11th or 12th. We can’t wait!
